Festival of Art is going on now until Wednesday December 7th at the Webb Shadle Public Library!!! Here is a little sneak peek of some the student's artwork and holiday decor that is now being displayed in the libraries east room.
A big thank you to Jared Thill from Peoples Bank for donating the popcorn ingredients that was used for last Saturday nights Pleasantville Christmas on the Square event!!!!
Congratulations to Kimberly Zantijer who is the winner of the “So Cute! Koalas” book and matching stuffed animal. During the month of October, a drawing was held. Each time a patron checked out a book their name was put into a drawing for this fun prize. If you missed out don’t fret. There is another drawing being held during the month of November. A big thank you goes out to Barb Bybee whose generosity has made these fun drawings possible. A special shout-out goes to Miss Koerselman for drawing the winning ticket.

In honor of our pumpkin painting event last Saturday, we would like to pay tribute to all our past library witches who have made these events extra special!! Your stories will remain with us forever.
Pumpkin Painting at the Webb Shadle Public Library was a lot of fun! A big shout out to Pierce’s Pumpkin Patch for providing the pumpkins and to our fabulous library witch Rhya Cowden for reading a special Halloween story! Therapy dog Phoebe also made a special guest appearance last Saturday at the library. Thank you to everyone who made this event extra spooktacular!!!
