Wowza! In 1 hour and 13 minutes these ladies won first place at the JIGSAW PUZZLE COMPETITION! 🧩 Congratulations to Wendy Wild, Jen Stephens, April and Peyton Seufer.

Painted by local Harford resident Maxine Pendry in February 1985, inspired by the original work of Norman Rockwell. The lettering was crafted by Renita Richards Hall.
